Im Katie Smith, owner and founder of Hudson and Co Homewares, a small family run business located in the country town of Bunyip, Victoria. In 2021 I was fortunate enough to have my first baby, Indi. Upon completion of my maternity leave I wasn’t ready to part with my daughter to go back to the work life just yet. A spark in me was ignited! That’s when I decided to make a long term dream of mine a reality, and start my own small business! So in 2021, Hudson and Co began! Since then, in a few fleeting years, we have attended countless markets, hand poured thousands of candles and reed diffusers and expanded our range of products! Fast forward to 2023 and we welcomed our second baby, Tate. Through Hudson and Co I can spend more time with my kids while also getting to do something I love. I feel pretty lucky to be on this journey. All of our products are hand made by me, even down to the stickers! We are grateful for every single order we receive, thank you.
